    Enjoyed my stay , the host was great, the place is perfect for couples and family. Planning to come back with my friends and family. Highly recommended!

    Enjoyed my stay here for a week with wife and daughter in April 2016. New accommodation. Modern. Cosy. Had everything we needed - including a great kitchen. Cooked ourselves a roast lamb dinner one night.

    At American River, it was easy for us to go in any direction to visit places each day. 5 minute walk and we were at the waterfront.

    Kevin (who owns the place) was there on and off. Happy to offer suggestions of things to do. Great hints and tips. Super friendly bloke. Made our week away so relaxing. Had a ball. :)
